Living & Learning with Parrots: The Fundamental Principles and Procedures of Teaching and Learning

The Living and Learning with Parrots (LLP) course has been retired, as of the last class staring January 2016. This class is currently full and we will not be adding any students.

I hope you will explore the other offerings on my website that reflect the same information that was included in the LLP course. There are articles (including 13 different language translations), veterinary text chapters, graphics for posters and T-shirts, and short videos to download. You are welcome to download this material for personal use and dissemination purposes, as long as you refrain from making any editorial changes and include a proper citation as to the source.

The one thing we can always count on is change and retiring LLP represents super positive change in the last 15 years since I first offered the class. There is now a groundswell of solid information about teaching parrots with positive reinforcement strategies. Books, blogs, conferences and workshops are readily available to everyone and I encourage you to grab it all. Never stop seeking new information. We can always do better.
